Dr. Fiona A. Miller is an Associate Professor in the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation and Director of the Division of Health Policy and Ethics at the Toronto Health Economics and Technology Assessment (THETA) Collaborative at the University of Toronto.
Her work centres on health technology policy and brings a health policy perspective to analyzing systems of health research and innovation.
She has a particular interest in the role of patients, publics and payers in the assessment, adoption and dissemination of health technologies.
